If you are one of those individuals, our Internship Program (IP) will give you the opportunity to be mentored by top professionals from the Real Estate industry.

Our Internship Program has been designed based on the compatibility of the participants interests and the needs of the different departments within Delfi Partners & Co Group. Throughout the program, you will be surrounded by Delfi professionals who will lead the way and help you flourish.
Whether your interests lie in Advisory, Real Estate Asset Management, Human Resources, Finance, Software Development, Marketing, Transactions or any other of our departments, an internship with us prepares you for success in an international corporate environment.

What do you need to know before applying
Each application will be treated with the strictest confidence. Please note that due to a large number
of applications and limited number of places, we assess each application on a first come first serve basis
therefore candidates are encouraged to apply at the earliest possible.
How and when to apply
We accept applications for our Internship Program from December 1st until April 30th. We assess applications on a first-come-first served basis, hence interested candidates are encouraged to apply at the earliest possible.

Students who are currently in their final or penultimate year of studies in are eligible to apply in our program.
Selection Process
Candidates who meet the minimum entry requirements will be invited for an online interview.
Once the selection process has been completed, all applicants will be informed of the outcome
of the process by email. All successfully selected applicants, will receive additional information regarding our Internship Program (IP) via email.
Minimum Requirements
- Expect to graduate from university studies with a minimum grade as follows:
- Great knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)
- Great knowledge of MS Office
