Prior to joining Delfi Partners & Company, George worked in London as an investment analyst
for CB Richard Ellis and for HSBC in the M&A FIG UK team.
In 2009, he joined the Group Strategic Development/ Planning team of Hellenic Bank and from
2010-2013 he worked in the Group M&A & Strategy department of Bank of Cyprus.
George was a Senior Expert working alongside Roland Berger in Cyprus, Greece & Central Europe from 2012-17.
George has graduated from Birmingham City University (BSc in Business Administration & Information
Management and MSc in Real Estate Management & Finance) and from The University of Birmingham
(MSc in Marketing Management and PhD in Banking).
He also holds the CISI advance certificate
of the Financial Services Legal Framework. George is also a member of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, senior expert in Investments & Finance) and a qualified member
of the Institute of Directors (Cert & Dip IoD).
Michalis Tsangarides

Michalis Tsangarides is a Director at Delfi Partners & Company. Michalis Tsangarides is a Real Estate Asset Management and underwriting expert with a deep understanding and intimate experience of the Cypriot NPL and real estate Market. Michalis is a graduate of University of Leeds (Bsc in Civin Engineering and MEng Civil and Envirionmental Engineering) and a holder of MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.
Prior to joining Delfi Partners & Company, Michalis worked for many years as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Kyriakos Tsangarides Estates Ltd. With a background in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, Michalis brings unique perspectives gained from his experience across all facets of Real Estate Development and Management and uses them to provide value-enhancing strategies for financial institutions, investors and fund managers who are seeking to optimise their portfolios.
He specialises in advising clients on non-performing exposures, with mandates both from sale and buy-side loan portfolio advisory, NPL workouts & restructurings, as well as in assisting financial institutions and investors in the management and disposal of real estate owned asset pools and portfolios.
Charalambos Constantinou

Charalambos Constantinou, is a Portfolio Manager for Delfi Partners & Company. Charalambos is a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual with a blended background of Real Estate and Construction Finance. He specialises on assisting investors to optimize REO and converting illiquid exposures into commercially attractive opportunities by providing tangible strategies to cost effectively manage every unique asset.
Prior joining Delfi Partners & Company, Charalambos worked for many years in Central London in top-tier companies such J. Murphy & Sons Limited which is a leading global, specialist engineering and construction company who operates in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada. In addition to that, his working experience in McGee Group as a Senior Cost Manager equipped him with the ability to optimize projects costs, implement value engineering, and ensure value for money whilst still achieving and delivering the highest standards and quality.
Charalambos has graduated from Frederick University (BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Finance) and from the University of Brighton (MSc in Project Management in Construction). He is currently going through his Chartership accreditation to be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Marios Georgiou
Group CFO at Delfi Partners & Co
Marios is the Group CFO of Delfi Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Accountancy from City university London and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). He is a member of ICAEW and ICPAC.
Marios had been working in the Assurance and Advisory department of PwC for 13 years, managing a broad portfolio of international, private, and public clients in the Developing / Construction, IT & Technology, Retail, F&B, Media, Oil & Gas industry sectors. A sample of his clients include IBM, Gazprom Media (leading media group operator owned by the Russian government), Russian Towers (leading telecom tower infrastructure operator in Russia), Liebrecht & Wood (development and leasing of major outlet malls in Russia, Belgium & Poland), Jumbo, Carrefour, Starbucks & leading local construction & developers.
Marios was also an instructor of the Learning & Education team of PwC. He instructed audit methodology, IFRS & interpersonal skills courses to PwC colleagues.
Before joining Delfi Partners, Marios was the Group Finance Director and member of the BoD of Marfields Enterprises, a leading specialist in the design, development and construction of high-rise residential developments & private equity investor.
